Jesus gave some workers to prepare God\\\'s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ\\\". Eph. 4:12,13 NIV.
My passion is: To provide leadership and equipping to women by:
- mentoring,
- personal ministry & counselling (deep inner healing and deliverance),
- encouraging their ministry projects and developing Bible study materials for cell groups and discipleship.
- Conferences on women issues.
This is accomplished by:
1. Training and mentoring women counsellors who will help other women in specially difficult situations: abuse survivors, victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence, low self esteem, etc.
2. Developing a social project that will provide solutions to women, head of households who do not have jobs or training.

My passion is to help believers cooperate with the Holy Spirit in the process of sanctification and deep healing of their souls, so that they can love and obey the Lord with all their heart, soul and mind. I do this through personal counselling and teaching, using the Word of God.
WHO WE ARE
Ana Maria Ampuero, together with her husband Orlando, serve as missionaries with Palm Missionary Ministries Inc. (PMM), at the Iñaquito Evangelical Church, in Quito, Ecuador. Ana María is a pastor. Ana María is called by the Lord to encourage and train women for leadership in the local church, through mentoring, counselling and teaching. She is often invited to preach at her local church and various conferences, both locally and abroad. Ana María is a theologian, sociologist and economist by training. Orlando is an evangelist, a trainer and counsellor in inner healing and deliverance. Ana Maria and Orlando have two children, Pablo and Anita (17 and 15 yrs old).

Ana María: Mi pasión es apoyar a las mujeres que Dios está levantando para servir al Reino de Dios: discipulándolas, ministrándolas en sanidad y liberación, entrenándolas en liderazgo y en sanidad y liberación profundas, trabajando con ellas en la implementación de sus sueños y proyectos ministeriales y apoyando a mujeres emprendedoras.

Orlando: Mi pasión es predicar y enseñar la Palabra de Dios para que las personas puedan cooperar con Dios en el proceso de santificación, que puedan renunciar a hábitos pecaminosos y que obedezcan al Señor porque el Espíritu Santo hace una obra purificadora en sus vidas.
QUIENES SOMOS
Ana María, junto a su esposo Orlando, son actualmente misioneros con Palm Missionary Ministries, Inc. (PMM) y sirven en la Iglesia Evangélica de Iñaquito, en Quito, Ecuador. Ana María es pastora en la iglesia. Ella ha sido invitada por grupos de mujeres a apoyar el desarrollo de mujeres siervas líderes a través del discipulado, la consejería y el entrenamiento. Ana María predica en su iglesia local y es invitada a eventos cristianos dentro y fuera del país como conferencista y maestra. Orlando es consejero y maestro en sanidad interior y liberación profunda. Orlando y Ana María tienen dos hijos, Pablo y Anita (17 y 15 años).
